How do I keep the staff blog from putting up all those coupon ads all up in my blog?

I’m getting so annoyed with having to delete like 7 cheesecake factory ads every single day from my blog, and I definitely don’t wanna flood your dash with those annoying things, so how do i keep the staff blog from posting those under my name??
